The School of the Good Shepherd

The School of the Good Shepherd is a school in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, run by Good Shepherd Educational Trust, a registered educational trust, with a kindergarten at three campuses: Akkulam, Pattom and Chayakudi.

This website, apps.gsktvm.com, is the school's own system. It is used by the school's staff for their daily work, and by parents and guardians of children in the kindergarten to see their child's fee position for the academic year and to pay school fees online.

Paying fees

• Kindergarten fees are set by the school for each academic year and section and are told to parents at the start of the year: a monthly fee, and one-off charges for books, uniform, and at admission, registration and the admission fee. Van fee is charged per child by distance for those who use the school bus.
• A parent opens their child's fee page with the child's admission number and the mobile number the school holds for them, sees what is due month by month, and pays online. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; the school never sees or stores card or bank details.
• A receipt is issued for every payment and can be downloaded from the child's fee page.
