These terms apply to the use of this website, apps.gsktvm.com, which is operated by The School of the Good Shepherd, Thiruvananthapuram, run by Good Shepherd Educational Trust ("the school"), and to fee payments made through it.

What the website is for

The website is the school's own system. Staff use it with a login the school issues. Parents and guardians of children in the school's kindergarten may use it to see their child's fee position for the current academic year and to pay fees online.

Fees

• Fees are set by the school for each academic year and section, and are published to parents at the start of the year. The amounts shown on a child's fee page are the school's record of what is due.
• A payment made through the website is a payment of school fees for the child named on the page. It is received by the legal entity that runs that child's campus, which is named on the receipt.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. The school does not receive, see or store card numbers or bank credentials; those are entered on the payment provider's own pages.
• A receipt is issued for every successful payment and can be downloaded from the child's fee page. The receipt, not the payment provider's confirmation, is the school's acknowledgement of the fee.
• Payments are applied to the oldest fees due first.

Access to a child's fee page

A child's fee page is reached with the child's admission number and the mobile number the school holds for a parent or guardian of that child. Keep those details private. Tell the school office at once if a number the school holds for you changes or is no longer yours.

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
